Warranty Service
 
CoachComm and Supplier warranties cover the parts and labor necessary to repair equipment along with any Ground shipping costs incurred in the return of equipment back to the customer. CoachComm and our suppliers have the right to void any warranty in cases where abuse, acts of negligence, and /or acts of God are evident. An estimate of repair will be provided in these cases.

Maintenance Agreement (Extended Warranty)
This option is exclusively for Connex and Crossfire headset communication systems. The following payment information is required prior to maintenance beginning on equipment. CoachComm will notify you if the maintenance charges reach in excess of $450.00 (shipping included).

Out-of-Warranty Service
The following payment information is required prior to beginning on equipment. CoachComm will notify you if the repair charges reach in excess of $250.00 (shipping included). If approval for maintenance is declined, a decline service charge/fee of $50 will be billed to you.
